01§ Registry Registry

Four fields of work.

Each field is kept on the same card: number, scope, evidence base and current status. The status readout is literal — "forming" means not started.

F1 · Electrification

Electrification电气化

Traction power supply, contact line systems and electrification hardware: standards texts, type tests and conformance criteria. The starting point — deepest evidence, thickest corpus.

StatusActive
F2 · Industrial infrastructure

Industrial infrastructure工业基础设施

Plants, equipment, materials and joining processes: conformance and inspection regimes, including how specifications travel along a supply chain and how acceptance is judged.

StatusActive
F3 · Safety-critical systems

Safety-critical systems安全关键系统

Systems whose failure is not recoverable: signalling, protection and inspection. How standards specify "must not fail" — and how that is verified.

StatusActive
F4 · AI governance

AI governanceAI 治理

Measurement and judgment of machine capability: how to write a standard when the thing being measured is itself moving. Begins as the corpus matures.

02§ Criteria Criteria

How a field is chosen.

One rule governs new fields: evidence density. A new field must satisfy all three before it is registered.

C1

A documented, public, citable corpus of standards or specifications must exist.

No text, no standards intelligence.
C2

The technology must move faster than its standards — the gap itself is the research value.

No gap, no research; a directory would do.
C3

Existing public readings in this language corpus must be absent or untraceable.

Fill gaps; do not re-ship what exists.
