The vocabulary is fixed first.

Before any clause is written, the words are pinned down. Three definitions carry the whole programme.

What ISOT commits to.

These requirements apply to everything published under this mark.

4.1

Every claim shall be traceable to a numbered source.

No citation, no clause.

4.2

Analysis shall be written in plain language and structured so that machines can read it.

Human first; machine-parseable always.

4.3

Work shall begin where the evidence is deepest — electrification, industrial infrastructure and safety-critical systems — and extend toward AI governance as the corpus matures.

Depth before breadth.

4.4

Every page shall exist in complete English and Chinese editions.

A translated title is not a translation.
